• What’s New: Import and visualise a fund-level Top-Down Pathway to either your Carbon Intensity or Energy Intensity pathway in the Net Zero Carbon tool. This provides a broader context for assessing progress towards achieving the performance set in the target Top-Down Pathway.
• Key Benefits: Contrast your Fund's Business as Usual (BAU) decarbonisation pathway with a top-down decarbonisation pathway. This offers clear insights to fund managers and ESG professionals regarding the impact of planned improvement measures; a key consideration in Top-Down Pathways. This indicative analysis enables you to quantify progress in carbon reductions against your top-down target and proactively address the need for further enhancements.

• What’s New: Methodology now aligns with both offline reporting and other areas within SIERA to update data points and baseline years on your Net Zero Carbon fund and asset-level graphs based on the fund's reporting year, rather than the calendar year.
• Key Benefits: Enables a consistent approach across reporting methods and aligns with the availability of meter data, improving the accuracy of data quality.
• Why It Matters: Ensures more accurate data availability based on your reporting timelines.

Fund and Asset Dashboards: Enhanced User Experience

• What’s New: Fund and Asset Dashboards feature simpler displays for faster insights into your funds or assets.
• Key Benefits: Streamlined visuals display all key information and metrics for your fund or asset on one page. This includes performance breakdowns against the previous period, splits for gap-filled and actual data, and comparisons between recycled and non-recycled waste. Additionally, snapshots of data quality, action plans, EPC analysis, and Net Zero Carbon pathways are included.
