Energy Star Analysis Score Card
- The Energy Star Analysis score card will automatically display on your Fund Dashboard instead of the EPC Analysis card if your fund has more than 50% of assets in North America (US and Canada).
Fast Access to Net Zero Carbon Intensity
-
You can now access your asset level Carbon Intensity pathway and your aggregated fund level Carbon Intensity pathway. Each pathway can be shown side-by-side, enabling you to benchmark the performance of your asset against the performance of your fund.
-
Your Carbon Intensity graph (grey diamonds) is accessible from your Net Zero Carbon page for all assets in your fund. The graph helps you plot and track your Carbon Intensity Business as Usual pathway (grey line) against the Science-based Target pathway (blue line) over time for your selected asset/s.
-
You can also view your Action-based Pathways (yellow line). Please get in touch with your EVORA Global representative to arrange access to your Action-based Pathways. This is an additional subscription-based service.
Visual Net Zero Carbon Data Quality Tracking
-
You can now easily monitor year-on-year data quality through visual Net Zero Carbon graphs for your Assets, identify data gaps, take action, and gain a comprehensive view of your assets data quality tracked over time.
Export Asset Performance, Data Quality, and Action Plans
-
You can now export performance, data quality, and action plan Excel Spreadsheets for assets across multiple funds (where relevant) from your Asset dashboard. These exports are dynamically linked to the settings you have already applied in your Fund View (location, type, and selected reporting period).
-
When exporting asset performance, you can either select all utilities or a specific utility (for example, Electricity, Gas, Fuels &Thermals, Water, Waste, or Carbon).
-
You can now export this data for annual AND monthly timeframes.
-
Performance exports enable you to compare the current reporting timeframe with the corresponding timeframe for the previous 12 months. For example, if your date picker is set to ‘12 Months to Dec 2022’, your previous reporting timeframe will automatically be set to ‘12 months to Dec 2021’.
-
Carbon data is automatically exported alongside your consumption data for each utility selected.
- If you select Carbon, your annual greenhouse gas emissions is automatically split into Scope 1, 2 and 3 for even deeper insight into the different sources and impacts of your emissions. This helps you identify carbon hotspots and prioritise carbon reductions.
View Sold Asset Date
-
You can now view the date of sale for all your sold assets in Fund View. This insight is directly accessible from your Fund or Asset Dashboard, Performance page, Data Quality page, Action Plan page, and Net Zero Carbon page for sold assets.
-
Soon, we will introduce a new user feature that will spotlight assets that remain unsold during your selected reporting period.
