Gap-Filled Visuals: Fund & Asset Performance
-
What’s New: You can now actively include or exclude gap-filled data on any graph, both at the Fund and Asset levels.
-
Key Benefits: Enhance your utility Performance graphs by choosing to view them with or without gap-filled data. This enables you to compare and analyse both datasets seamlessly.
-
Why It Matters: Take control of data visualisation for your fund/s and assets by easily toggling the gap-filled feature on or off. This empowers you to interpret your data in a way that suits your preferences, for a more personalised experience.
-
How to Use: Navigate to your Fund or Asset Performance page. Toggle gap-filled data on or off from the dropdown menu.
Carbon Scope Breakdown: Asset Performance
-
What's New: You can now analyse the carbon emissions of your assets in more detail. Our scope breakdown methodology is aligned with Operational Control, following the recognised standards of the GHG protocol and PCAF.
-
Key Benefits: Property Managers can now transparently disclose carbon footprints, promoting informed choices for sustainable investments and net zero funds.
-
Why It Matters: It’s crucial to understand Scopes 1, 2, and 3 for effective climate disclosures. Your organisation must report direct (Scope 1), indirect energy-related (Scope 2), and other upstream/downstream emissions (Scope 3) to demonstrate the environmental impact of your investments.
-
How to Use: Navigate to your Asset Performance page. Select Carbon and choose Scope 1, 2, or 3 from the dropdown menu.
-
What It Reveals: Each Scope bar shows actual data. Colours on the bar chart show the value of each data type, making it easy to understand at a glance. This visual representation helps your understand and communicate the environmental impact of your assets more effectively.
Landlord & Tenant Energy Data Split: Asset Performance
-
What's New: You can now separate your Electricity, Gas, Fuels & Thermals, and Water data into distinct Landlord and Tenant categories. Please note that, at present, this capability does not include Carbon and Waste data.
-
Why It Matters: Understanding the distribution of energy and water usage between Landlord and Tenant is crucial for making informed management decisions. Each bar on your Asset Performance page reveals actual data, offering valuable insight into your primary utility usage sources.
-
How to Use: Navigate to your Asset Performance page. Select Landlord or Tenant from the dropdown menu to display each bar. To compare both categories side by side, select both options.
-
Note: If a Tenant-space meter is in a Landlord-controlled asset, data will be allocated to the Tenant bar.
Science-Based Target 2.0°C Pathway: Carbon Intensity
-
What’s New: You can now plot a Science-Based Target (SBT) line for the 2.0°C pathway for Carbon Intensity. Dual SBT options enable you to assess and compare the environmental impact of your portfolio against two critical benchmarks.
-
Key Benefits: Track the Carbon Intensity for your funds and assets against both 1.5°C and 2.0°C SBTs. Seamless integration with CRREM data also ensures accurate country-specific factors, enhancing reliability and relevance. This improves decision-making based on comprehensive insights into your environmental impact.
-
Why It Matters: Aligning with climate targets ensures your strategy supports a sustainable future, adapting to regulations and meeting client expectations.
Single Organisation Access: Compliance
-
What’s New: For users with authorised access across different organisations, the Portfolio page now displays only assets belonging to your logged-in organisation.
-
Key Benefits: You can only view and/or export data relevant to your logged-in organisation for enhanced security.
-
Why It Matters: Prevents the display of assets not assigned to your logged-in organisation for assured GDPR data privacy compliance and security.
