What does my Fund Action Plan show?
Fund Action Plans need to be set and tracked to implement a successful sustainability strategy and reduce risks that could impact your valuable funds.
Your Fund Action Plan and Fund Performance pages are interconnected to help you keep track of improvements, costs and target due dates for each utility.
For each fund, your Fund Action Plan is split into a five Action Cards.
- Agreed – action is approved and in progress
- Overdue – action is agreed, but not implemented and exceeds its scheduled completion date
- Completed – action is successfully completed. This is now a reference point for all improvements made to your fund
- Applicable – action is ready to progress once approval is secured
- Under review – potential progress is dependent on the outcome of a viability assessment
Each Action Card also displays related costs (Total, Non-recoverable and Un-costed). As your fund develops, you will make new decisions and set new priorities. You can update each Action Card to reflect its new status.
Where can I find Action Plans for assets in the same fund?
Your Actions by Asset (all impacts) table lists all assets in the same fund. Select an Asset Name to see its personalised Action Plan.
Where can I find Action Plans for a specific Impact Category?
All Actions are listed for all impact categories by default. However, a drop-down menu enables you to refine Actions that correspond to these twelve impact categories.
