Get Ready for a More Secure SIERA Sign-On Experience

The SIERA Team has introduced two new security upgrades.

  1. We've enhanced your SIERA Authentication for improved data security.

  2. We've added the option to upgrade to Single Sign-On (SSO) for an improved user experience.

What Does SIERA Authentication Mean for You Right Now?

We’re excited to enhance your SIERA Authentication for better data security. Keep an eye on your Email Inbox for a Personalised Email inviting you to Authenticate your SIERA account in Three Simple Steps.

NOTE: Please ensure your internal IT settings don't block this update.

NOTE: The screenshots displayed below are from SIERA's internal demo account. The actual screenshots you see will display the name of your organisation.

Three Simple Steps to Authenticate Your SIERA Account

1. When you receive your Personalised Email Invitation in your Email Inbox, click on the Accept Invitation button. This will redirect you to your SIERA authentication screen.

2. Your email address will be auto-completed on your SIERA authentication screen. Enter a NEW SIERA PASSWORD. Click on the Continue button.

3. Keep an eye on your Email Inbox for your Welcome to SIERA confirmation, prompting you to verify your SIERA account. Click on the Confirm My Account button.

Congratulations, you've completed your SIERA authentication.

NOTE: Your SIERA URL will automatically update from https://www.sieraplus.com to reflect your organisation's URL. For example, https://demo-property-company.sieraplus.com

NOTE: If you forget your NEW SIERA PASSWORD, don't worry. Simply follow the Four Simple Steps to Reset Your SIERA Password instructions shown below.

Four Steps to Reset Your SIERA Password

1. Open your SIERA log in URL (web page). Your email address will be auto-completed. Click on the Continue button.

2. Select Forgot Password? Click on the Continue button.

3. Check your auto-completed email address is correct. Click on the Continue button.

4. Keep an eye on your email Inbox for your Password Reset instructions.

What Does the Optional Single Sign-On (SSO) Upgrade Mean for You Right Now?

We're thrilled to introduce Single Sign-On (SSO) for an improved user experience.

  • SSO enables a single password to access multiple applications.

  • SSO improves security through its centralised user management and traceable access system.

NOTE: SSO is set to launch in November: SIERA Release 1.17.
