This page is designed to give you a high-level overview of an asset’s performance over the most recent 12-month period. Here you will see the completed actions and any certifications or relevant energy ratings the asset might hold.
There are two main purposes of the asset’s Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Passport:
- It gives a clear visual snapshot of the asset’s operational performance over the last 2 years and completed ESG-related actions to share with a range of stakeholders such as tenants, asset and fund/investment managers.
- It can also help to make the provision of ESG data for an asset more consistent and standardised for transaction purposes by making it easy to share with prospective purchasers or vendors in the due diligence process.
What does the ESG Passport show?
The ESG Passport page can show you a 12-month summary of performance including variance against the prior year for each of the relevant energy utility consumption types, waste and carbon.
You can change the performance data type displayed using the yellow dropdown button in the top right hand corner.
What can I do with the data?
You can export the ESG Passport as a PDF. The asset’s ESG credentials such as energy rating, building certifications, and performance data along with the list of completed actions are also included.
The PDF can be exported to be printed off and shared as supporting material to assist reviews and showcase the asset’s ESG performance.
